The Opportunity:

The cornerstone brands of kitchen and bathroom cabinet manufacturer, American Woodmark Corporation, suffered from poor digital visibility and buyer engagement. We were asked to analyze the marketplace and create, and help execute, a new digital strategy that would increase buyer preference for their brands within Home Depot and Lowe’s retail stores.

Our Solution:

We launched a comprehensive competitive analysis that measured and quantified the competitive battlefield across search, social and brand digital platforms. As an outcome of our analysis AWC was able to align their stakeholders and invest in a new digital strategy. To increase relevancy and engagement, we designed and developed 3 new websites that included best-in-class tools and resources that our research had identified as relevant to buyers.
